This ensures that even our freshest perspectives are backed by years of expert experience.   • Investment: $45 - $50 per hour

    Collaborative care and fresh perspectives from high-quality, certifying Doulas.

    The Experience: This tier is designed for families seeking dedicated, evidence-based care provided by a Doula completing their certification hours under the mentorship of The Postpartum Home. Our Associates bring fresh passion, up-to-date training, and a deep commitment to creating a calm environment for your new family.

    Your Care Includes:

    • The Mentorship Advantage: Direct access to senior-level guidance and agency-wide expertise standing behind your care.

    • Customized Daytime Support: Flexible 4–6 hour shifts tailored to your specific household rhythm.

    • The Prenatal Strategy Session: A signature 90-minute session to prepare your home and heart before baby arrives.

    • Direct Access: Ongoing text support for quick questions and peace of mind between visits.

    • Professional Backing: Ongoing resource sharing and professional development facilitated by our agency founder.

    Booking Note: A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at signing to reserve your dates. This is fully credited toward your first weeks of care.

    The Experience: Our Senior tier is designed for families who desire high-level, seasoned insight and advanced troubleshooting for newborn transitions. Every Senior Doula on our team brings a wealth of expertise in infant development and postpartum wellness, providing a steady, expert hand during your most delicate transition.

    Your Care Includes:

    • Collective Expertise: Collaborative peer mentorship and agency-wide reviews to ensure your care is informed by our team’s shared wisdom.

    • Focused Expert Support: Flexible 4–6 hour shifts designed to maximize physical recovery, feeding success, and education.

    • The Prenatal Strategy Session: A signature, in-depth 90-minute session to map out your postpartum sanctuary.

    • Direct Access: Unlimited text and phone support for expert advice and reassurance throughout your journey.

    • Advanced Troubleshooting: Specialized guidance for complex newborn transitions, sleep foundations, and emotional wellness.

That is why every family we support, regardless of the tier chosen, begins their journey with a signature 90-minute Prenatal Strategy Session. This session is designed to bridge the gap between pregnancy and parenthood, turning "what if" into "we have a plan." Whether we meet in the quiet of your third trimester or in the early days of your return home, this time is dedicated to grounding your family and preparing your sanctuary.

What to Expect

  • For Expectant Parents: A "jam-packed" preparation session. We’ll walk through your home flow, set up your recovery stations, and provide evidence-based resources so you can navigate those first weeks with confidence.

  • For New Parents (If baby is already here): A specialized "Meet & Greet" and planning session. We immediately step in to streamline your household routines, troubleshoot feeding or sleep, and prioritize your immediate recovery.

  • The Blueprint: This is our time to get to know your unique parenting style, answer those "middle-of-the-night" questions, and ensure that when your doula shifts begin, we hit the ground running.
